1. Issuing employment contracts and performing all necessary due diligence required for recruitment.
2. Preparing payroll, including benefits administration, health insurance, allowances, etc. or any other required payments.
3. Ensuring compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.
4. Preparing pay slips and submitting copies to clients.
5. Ensuring accurate payroll tax and deductions.
6. Payment of employee via direct deposit.
7. Preparing all relevant statutory documentation submitted to local authorities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as applicable.
8. Preparing a reconciliation of the funds received and disbursed.
9. Providing copies of confirmation of receipt of funds, pay slips and all required statutory documentation.
